An alumnus of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Dr. Rakesh Aggarwal has spent over three decades studying, practising and promoting Ayurveda.
His approach begins with a simple philosophy:

He believes that factors such as diet, lifestyle, daily routine and individual health history all play an important role in overall well-being. Therefore, his approach has always focused on understanding each patient as an individual.
Years of working with chronic health conditions have also given Dr. Aggarwal valuable practical insight into the challenges faced by patients seeking long-term Ayurvedic care. This experience now forms the foundation of his work at Midas Ayurveda.
From Clinical Experience to Ayurvedic Formulations
After spending decades working directly with patients, Dr. Aggarwal wanted to make his Ayurvedic experience accessible beyond his centre.
This became an important driving force behind Midas Ayurveda.
Today, he applies his knowledge and experience to the development of carefully considered Ayurvedic products and formulations for contemporary health and wellness needs. The focus includes products supporting areas such as joint wellness, skin health, healthy ageing, liver wellness, metabolic health and general well-being.
For Dr. Aggarwal, product development is not simply about combining different herbs. It requires understanding the traditional relevance of ingredients, their intended purpose and how they can work together within a thoughtfully designed formulation.

Midas Ayurveda aims to respect the foundations of traditional Ayurveda while understanding the expectations of today's generation.
The goal is clear: make authentic Ayurvedic knowledge more accessible, practical and relevant without losing sight of its traditional roots.
From Faridabad and Delhi-NCR, the vision is to take Midas Ayurveda to households across India and eventually to a wider global audience.
