Here are the terms for cancelling orders placed on the Midas Ayurveda website.
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. To request cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and registered mobile number.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may refuse delivery or contact support for return/refund guidance as per our refund policy.
COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may restrict future COD availability for the same customer details.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5 to 10 working days.
We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, delivery restrictions, incomplete address, or suspected misuse. If payment was made, the eligible refund will be processed.
